Bilaterus is actually 2 Aliens for the price of one! You've read correctly, Bilaterus is double-trouble when he appears. First of all, Bilaterus is double-headed. Even though he'll only use one head at a time, he may switch heads on those who are slow to kill him. In addition, his spine / tail can also kill your Fish. All you can do is destroy the one head & quickly work on the other one before it has a chance to attack. He is quite easy to redirect to another side of the tank, so your ultravores, carnivores, and guppies are more immune to him than PsychoSquid.
